You are going to have a great time doing it! I'm doing 4P male this year...last years newbies had enough fun that they want to do it again!Chuckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16153059441534700446noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4174881854267990227.post-91659266780685372862012-11-02T06:51:54.445-05:002012-11-02T06:51:54.445-05:00I like the off-season nutritionist plan - interest...I like the off-season nutritionist plan - interested to hear what you come up with. My goal for the next couple months is to focus on strength training (which I'm terrible at). We'll see how it goes :)Abbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09004677338036439657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4174881854267990227.post-91044880629090904672012-11-01T11:51:49.661-05:002012-11-01T11:51:49.661-05:00I have a friend who's in the middle of a run 1...I have a friend who's in the middle of a run 10K a day for a year challenge. Crazy. I'm pretty sure I'd fail miserably at yours, too, so I'll just watch and be impressed, as usual. Love the newbie team idea. My guess is you guys are pretty much the most kick ass newbie team ever. Being primarily a runner, it seemed logical. It did not work so well for me. I found I need a day off of running. I can bike, hike, swim, or climb myself into the ground on that off day, I just can't run. I'll double up on runs in a day now before I drop my day off.

That said, it works for some people. Good luck!Jamiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17337459155335926189noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4174881854267990227.post-3854965551330437192012-11-01T06:33:11.467-05:002012-11-01T06:33:11.467-05:00I might just join you on this every-day-run scheme...I might just join you on this every-day-run scheme...evehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06834990959313852386noreply@blogger.com
